Quick Start Guide

Create Your Account

Sign up with your email address. You'll start with a free 14-day trial with full access to all features on your selected plan.

Set Up Your Practice

Enter your practice name, select your subscription plan (Starter, Professional, or Premium), and create your staff profile with your role and credentials.

Add Your First Patient

Navigate to Patients and click "Add Patient". Enter their demographics, contact information, and medical history. A unique Medical Record Number (MRN) will be auto-generated.

Start Documenting

Create clinical notes for patient visits using the SOAP format. Add vitals, document findings, and sign notes when complete.
